This policy explains how Signex handles information submitted through this website, including the contact form, newsletter form, unsubscribe page, and optional AI assistant.
Information you choose to provide
A contact submission can include your name, email address, optional organisation and phone details, topic, and message. A newsletter or unsubscribe request includes an email address. Do not submit passwords, credentials, customer data, network diagrams, camera or audience metrics, confidential project files, or other sensitive information.
Display-planning tools
The video-wall, screen-size, content-layout, and reach estimators run in your browser. The dimensions and assumptions you enter are not submitted to us by those tools.
Optional AI assistant
If you acknowledge the notice and use the AI assistant, your message and recent chat context are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. Do not include personal, client, login, financial, security, camera, audience, or confidential project information. AI replies can be wrong and are not project approval.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, administer requested subscriptions, protect the service, understand aggregate site usage, and improve the content and tools. We do not sell personal information or use contact submissions for automated eligibility decisions.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, database storage, security, aggregate analytics, Microsoft services used for forms or subscriptions, and OpenAI when you choose the AI assistant. Providers process information for those limited service purposes.
Retention and security
We retain contact and subscription records only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, dispute handling, and service security. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe through the link in a newsletter. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, or deletion, or object to certain processing, by contacting [email protected]. We may need to verify a request.
Project and analytics boundary
This website does not approve structural, electrical, fire-safety, accessibility, procurement, security, legal, or privacy decisions. Camera, sensor, and audience-analytics deployments need separate technical, legal, and privacy review before use.
